TAURANGA 🔥 FLIPS & TRICKS 🔥 JUNE 14

I am SO excited to bring our Flip & Tricks workshop to life again! If you’ve been before you know the drill but for those that haven’t quite made it yet: 

There will be three levels or "steps" of workshop to choose from.

Step 1: No required skills. 

Step 2: Must be able to do a walkover. 

Step 3: Must be able to do an aerial.  

Every class will work on strength and conditioning, flexibility, safe technique, and skill development specific to each level. Helping dancers build confidence in their current skills while also working towards progressing and learning new ones. Finishing  each session with a short acro dance combo learning how to bring everything together.

You are welcome to book into more than one step workshop, if your required skills need some cleaning.

Stay and play, try out your new skills, finish off the day with some fun with friends. Please note there is no teacher for this, parents must stay with their children to supervise.
